In accordance with Neighbourhood Planning (General) regulations 2012, Part 5, 14(a)-(c), notice is given that a formal pre-submission public consultation on the draft Luppitt Parish Neighbourhood Plan will start at 9.00 am on Thursday, 9 April 2021 for a seven-week period.
You are invited to comment on the Neighbourhood Plan which can be viewed, together with associated documents at www.luppittneighbourhoodplan.org.uk
About the Plan
The Luppitt Parish Neighbourhood Plan (the Plan) has been created through listening to the views of residents and businesses. The Plan will provide a means of guiding, promoting, and enabling sustainable change and growth within the Parish.
Luppitt Parish Council invites comments on the draft Plan. All responses received will be considered by the Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group and the Parish Council to produce a revised version of the Plan which will then be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for examination by an independent examiner.
Viewing the Draft Plan and commenting on it
The draft Neighbourhood Plan and associated documents can be viewed at www.luppittneighbourhoodplan.org.uk. A small number of hard copies are available to borrow. To request a hard copy, please contact the Parish Clerk, Rosalind Buxton, (details given below).
As a result of the current Covid pandemic, three Zoom meetings have been arranged on Tuesday, 20 April 2021, at 8 pm, Thursday, 29 April 2021 at 2.30 pm and Saturday, 15 May 2021, at 10 am. To join one of these meetings, please contact the Parish Clerk, Rosalind Buxton, (contact details given below). If you are unable to attend one of these Zoom meetings, one-to-one telephone calls may be arranged.
All comments will be publicly available and identifiable by organisation (where applicable). All comments should include your name, organisation (if appropriate) and postcode for these to be accepted.
Comments on the Plan must be addressed to the Parish Council in writing and sent by post or email to reach the Parish Clerk, Rosalind Buxton, no later than 5 pm on Friday, 28 May 2021.
